I love you when you remember to feed me

Remember all the times you left me here to die
Remember every time I had to put on a show for you
You know I hate it when you lie to me
Remember all those nice things that you said to me
Remember when I was screaming in my head

Find the key you buried in a hole
Next to the grave of who I used to be
It's a shame to be locked up with all of this air to breathe
Let me shed myself of you
Let me grow new skin
Maybe when I'm free and new
I can finally be with you

I can't exist inside a cage for you
