Breathe in and out count to ten Let all the pain out thats trapped within
Close your eyes and count back From ten to one dont lose track
Ten, nine, eight, seven, six, five Take a deep breath, keep your mind alive
Four, three, two your almost down to one Take a deep breath your almost done
The only number left Is loneliest of all Number one, standing proud and tall

I actually breathed this with you!
Your closing 4 lines say it all:
"The only number left is loneliest of all, number one, standing proud and tall."
Alone I think doesn't have to be lonely--compared to some company I have known, "alone" sounds like a vacation!!
Keep standing tall; it makes it easier for the world to find you. Put yourself out there, and be at your gracious best when someone gets curious enough to knock. You have much to offer; don't let anyone rush you.
