I saw it breaking on the news
God's country you've been bruised
The places that gave me so much
Submerged, unable to be touched
I can't explain it
Mother Nature, I don't know what she was doing
Do me one more favor SC
pull yourself out of this ruin

To the upstate
To the low country

For a minute we will swim
You bet we are going to pull out with a win
In the end, we'll stand tall
And we will watch our boys play some football
Soon again, the fish will be running
We'll go deer, duck, all kinds of hunting
We'll stop in our tracks with a six pick
And soak in those Carolina rays
