Lost Passion

Lost Passion.

Twas a cool summer evening, haven''t seen her in five days
New job required a lot of learning, after which I went to
college where four evenings by four hours I had to stay..
This was not like school where we could walk back together,
holding hands and see each other each and every day.

She was a year and one month younger, of age and natures wonder.
Friday evening I got home, Rushed to the house, greeted every one in side.
Hi Dad, Hi Bro Hi mum, what''s for dinner, not ready yet Mum replied,
I''ll just change and go for a jog, keep it warm for me please. Thanks. I responded.
Mum said don''t come back too late she knew the jog was just a ruse.

An excuse to see the one I knew, and so fond of her I grew..
Three blocks I ran, turned a corner, saw the light, in the house to the right.
By now twas almost eight, it would soon be late,
approached her screen door and called out Hello, to all.
But the one I longed to see was not, visible to me.

She was not at the dinning table, I turned to look in the kitchen,
there she was behind the sink as my heart began to sink.
Rushing to remove the gloves off her hands,
she turned in my direction, with an excited smile
and her face, that was like, angelic perfection.

I decided that out side I''ll wait, as the house was still humid
from the heat of summers day, I turned to see her on the step
with a sleeveless top and shorts as she pranced with a dancers grace,
I braced my self, placed my hands on her hips,to stop the clash of lower bodies,
saying Hey! Take it easy, lunging at me locking into an embrace.

Saying, you nearly knocked me over, smiling she replied.
I knew you''d catch me, and completely trust you, asking How was your day?
squizzing me tightly to which I had to respond, to re establishing our bond.
We moved away from the door gazing deep into each others eyes.
We talked about everything and nothing seemed to matter,

Comforting each other, feeling perfect harmony.as our energy entwined
time seemed to stop as we held each other for what seemed like forever
Then we heard a call Say goodbye, it is late come back inside
Which we ignored as we felt as one and had so much fun
wanting to remain embraced like this forever.

The second call from her mum came, and then the third, a few minutes later.
I''ll lock you out it is late we need to go to bed,
Say good night and come inside
We better listen to your mum, I said
She answered softly
No, I don''t want to let you go
I looked at her saddened face, and slightly released my embrace,
looking in her eyes.
As I said Promise I''ll be back tomorrow trying to ease her sorrow.

Take me with you she replied, as I smiled with tearful eyes, I''d love to
However my mum would not approve, and I would have to sleep on the couch.
Can''t you sneak me into your room? She asked. I responded mum can be a grouch.
Her response was a question,
Don''t you love me?
I answered more than you know.
Hey, thats not fair
Then she asked
Then,What''s the problem, with a cheeky smile.

I''ll tell you what, how about I give you a huge kiss and say good night?
That will carry you over till tomorrow to take away your sorrow
as she smiled and said Me too and agreed, then we made our lips meet.
As we started to gently kiss it turned really, really deep,

Then we reached a blissful state that was very, very steep.
My ears started popping I heard the crackling of the air around me
the tides of swirling air started to surround me, hyper sensitivity
as I became totally aware of my surroundings, then my head started spinning
as that light headed feeling was beginning.

I had to place my feet apart, to gain better balance, as the ground started moving
I felt her weight increase, as she held on around my neck, tighter,
So I squeezed her around her waist ever tighter, as my head got lighter.
It felt as though the devil wanted to take her from me,
pulling her down
I fought to keep her from falling,
through the ground.

We were in a different place, of total peace and comfort,
maybe it was heaven
as it seems we left our bodies and perhaps
began to astral travel.
I had to disengage
, and bring us down to earth,
as she softly said,
Hold me, hold me, don''t let go, my knees have gone,
I can''t stand,
if you let go now I''ll fall,
and softly sighing with a single word.
.WOW!

She looked radiant turning to stare into my eyes, as she blushed
with a smile of satisfaction, gently saying
I have to go. .
why? asked I,
facing down she answered,
I need to change.
Embarrassed, she let me go, and turned to say,
I love you.
Then she left me standing there, as she walked away
going inside in a hurry. Stood I there wondering,
why she left in such a flurry? Not understanding,
that the kiss we had, reached a climax point
t''was the ultimate
pleasure.

That chemistry two lovers
share only true love can give
that is why love is,
Gods ultimate
treasure.
