From home, I watch As strings from sullen scores denounce, The scores of dead, and too the fear Of death; a tear from stammered depths Finds cheeks for children swept, by Pain and loss, a burden wept yet
To streets they rose, The kids, unkept by Shattered walls as people slept, From home I watch.
