Trying to find my way back to you
spiraling in circles, don/'/t know what to do
Seeing your face flashing before my eyes
I try to swim out of the lies.
I see your hand within my reach
try to grasp it before it recedes
But, I miss it...a second too late
could this now be my fate?
Could I somehow climb out of this hole
to reach you, my never-ending goal?
Can I forget the past I/'/ve been dealt,
so I can tell you how I/'/ve always felt?
