Fate

Contributed by kizzikins on Tuesday, 6th August 2002 @ 11:59:05 AM in AEST
Topic: LovePoetry

Fate pulls us together,
fate pulls us apart
but fate was always by our side
it was right from the start.
Fate told us to be cautious
it told us to be kind
to keep first impressions to ourselves
and keep an open mind

To keep a bond between us
that would last so very long
to never push eachother away
and admit when we were wrong

But, fate teases and taunts us
Fate lies and diseves
Fate laughs at our misery
and makes us beg apon our knees

Fate told us to be angry
when nothing had gone wrong
it kept us mad at eachother
for weeks or months to long

It brought us cheaters and liers
to twist around our words
to tell us things that were never said
which some may find ubsurd

Still,Fate brought us together
and fate pulled us apart
but in the end we found eachother again
we found a whole new start
