Pictures bring back memories
Innocent tears of joy
Younger years of a girl and boy
Many bittersweet
That was the time of our lives
Living life in the fast lane
Yes we were
Born and raised
In the glory days
Amidst the rays of
Those hot summer days
Listening to Jimi
And his Purple Haze
Those were the days
We went about our ways
Never knowing how fast
All the good times can fade
We`re much older now
All tied down
Running out of time
Looking back we should have
Saved some of those golden days
Many were just given away
But hey that`s okay
We had the time of our lives
