I am having trouble remembering your voice
because you never call
and
though you barely text me
still I am always checking my cell phone,
I toss and turn
I can not sleep at night
got this feeling
that something just is not right.
I tried to be your friend
with out the benefits
although I secretly hunger
for your kiss,
when we are together
you tell me
that there is nothing wrong
and you do not understand
why I get so emotional,
I toss and turn at night
I just can not sleep
the ghost of you haunts me
causing anxiety,
lack of communication has me paranoid
as you vanish into the void
I become attached to that damn cell phone
