English!

Topic: abstract

English!

We all have a universal translator in us
When (others) non English try to talk English I need its help
Whoever or where ever they learn English they suck at teaching
We true born have to translate it into actual English
And Lost in Translation truly occurs

English is a hard language to master
Filled with disaster
Try to use some fill in words learner, please
Create sentence structure at least

My translator is working hard
But sometimes it says, no!
Then my fuses start to blow
That/'/s the time for me to go
So I don/'/t explode in frustration

They, the sayer thinks they are saying it right
But it is wrong for all the right reasons
Learn some more English and come back next season
That is not my language and you are driving me crazy
Or is it your thick and not paying attention or you are lazy?

I/'/m going to implode from bad English
Headaches and anger are here
Must move away from situation
Go home, drink beer
Cool my rage, put the beast in his cage

Education is to blame
We are all lacking it
We are all in the same boat
Set adrift on the strange fact that one planet does not have one language
And that language must be English

But I cant control my feelings
When translating bad speakers poor English
I want to Hulk out in a gigantic rage
Bust the walls of the grammatical cage

Take me to a happy place
Where everyone speaks English
Has tea and crumpets on the lawn
Stays in bed till noon
And we never have to yawn

it is fine and quite comical
you get old your ears try hard
to stretch
you miss out on a lot of wondrous sounds
that depict the only world the true world
to behold

just make sense, spell one letter at a time

you know, the world is bigger than English
better than just one language

harmony, I like harmony, symphonic chants
even the stuff I would never pretend to understand

I would never portend to bend the origin of now
or tomorrow on something called English

Irish descent what have me now, adjacent to all the possible, all the aspects of where the world
sits at any time in the history of

time itself

Just so I understand you

As in the clearest bluish of seas

Peace!

Yes it/'/s frustrating when you have to reconstruct what someone is saying to what you think they are actually meaning.
Having said that, English isn/'/t easy to learn for non speakers I/'/m sure.
I know my friend/'/s wife is trying to learn it and she is from a small town in Thailand.
She is getting there but it is daunting for her.. Unfortunately English makes us lazy and we expect everyone else to do the work for us :)
