You/'/re the anchor that holds me so I don/'/t go astray
I will always love you even though enough I don/'/t say
Through the good and bad I will love you anyway
You/'/re my comfort when I need to be held
The love that I hold for you will never be quelled
I don/'/t say this enough, but you know I will delve...
Into the hardest parts with you.
A second is too long to wait,
A minute, an hour, might be too late
To tell u how much my heart weighs
From being without you.
Even the tiniest of thoughts
Can turn my heart into knots
When my mind thinks of you
It sends butterflies into my tummy too.
Your hair,
Your eyes
The color of the darkest skies
Has my heart gripped in its vice.
Your voice, edged and deep
Silences my peep
I fear if I go to sleep
I wont hear it again.
The gentleness you bring
Your snuggles and hugs that fix my broken wing
Will leave me healed for eternity,
My love, friend. Stay with me <3
