We/'/re so proud of your eyes and that smile Kneeling shine down that sunny dark style Our laces dressed your glass without a tie Jumping up and down years seeking a kite We/'/ve got you on technology you/'/re saved The cement sticks and you/'/re just a name So you sing now it/'/s over so we exchange God bless summer for the clouds and rain Such a strange notion to abandon the land Too many hearts break for you falling flat You can save us all but when you ran away Tomorrow became the exception to play

I think I was lost on this one. It looked like a picture was being painted on a sort of track, and then it was lost- and by track of course I mean from this reader/'/s perspective.
It has almost a type of sinister feeling, like picturing young girls hop-skotching when they become chalk outlines; then some disturbed and deranged child buries one of their former classmates in pavement like the Rammstein song "Stein um Stein". |

I liked this poem. You can read many things into it the more you read it. Both dark and no so dark.
Very interesting!
