Pointless is the journey to find
What has already been found?
I have found love, been in love, known love
So why look again?
Looking creates an endless trail of ashes
Rubbed into lashes and I blink with the
Futility of looking to find the glimmer of a diamond
Finding an empty sneering chasm of unconnected
Endless searching, and I am tired! Tired of life/'/s truth,
Tired of what I see and know, for I know Love and
Anything less will never begin to
Feed this heart, a broken wing, I cannot
Fly
Though life breathes,
Tears flow and this will not mend, for my penance
Is to that sacred ground never to be returned.

A beautiful poem full of wisdom.
As you get older what/'/s the use of chasing frustration? Well written. I enjoyed this.
