I live my life in reverse
To you it may seem rather perverse
For me it just simply works
As it/'/s never been rehearsed
Working my way to the past
Not worrying how long
My future will last
No dreams going forward
No need to hoard
Old memories once stored
With no new tomorrows
Life won/'/t bring me
No more sorrows

James! A clever and well executed mirror image of your poem had me running for a pen to dicipher you message to us!
While I love the idea of living life in reverse, and getting younger every year, and retiring when we are 16...I fear the child delivery would be highly unpopular!
How clever of you to write not only backwards but backwards within the backwards! This was entertaining and your message is not lost in its critic delivery. No more sorrows from the mouth of a true gentleman. Hats off to you sir. A rite write alright! And so say we all. softerware |
