You are you, the "you" the world sees.
I am me, from myself only death can set me free.
Then we all have an "IT" that you cannot outwit...it will never, ever flee!
"IT" is the voice in your head, always there, always more than enough to be said.
IT is the thing that you hear and feel, even in the deepest spin or downward reel.
IT can make you feel small or stand tall,
IT can "make" you or in a million pieces let you fall.
IT is the stern parent telling you that you are doing wrong, IT is also the soft and gentle cradler that sings a calming song.
Your IT and my IT are no two alike,
Same IT could be to me a warning - or want to put your head on a spike.
Is IT my conscience trying to guide me however sometimes misinformed,
Or could IT be my consiousnesness, giving me awareness ever since I was born?
Whoever...
Whatever...
WHY ever...
In our crazy world there will always be a you, a me and an IT...
Inseparable with bonds nothing could ever sever...

Great write, simple comment though, if it were not for IT.
We would not be human. I believe we are more than merely just one dimensional creatures, we were not maid that way, Like Shrek said we have layers LoL just had to put that one in there, awesome write, God bless and I trust your IT won/'/t scold you to often, I love you darling

Love IT. For me its like I can be sitting here and think myself into a bad mood. Or sit there and psych myself to were I feel invincible there/'/s no in between. I like how you put this into writting I feel like we can all relate hope to read more soon

Your very clever analogy has added a third dimension to life. At last I have someone to blame for all my false starts and indiscretions! It was IT!

Clever, witty, and imaginative, salted with a grain of sarcasm borne of experience. You write with the temperance to realize that not all will be convinced.
