You/'/re the voice that talks me down off the ledge
My heart will forever be yours to pledge
You are my eyes when I cannot see
Through the night, you and me
You are my ears when I cannot hear
All the sounds throughout the years
You are my feet when I cannot walk
You hold my heart with your very own lock
You are my words when I cannot speak
You are my sun when life looks bleak
You are my poetic muse
When life bring me highs and the lowest of blues
You are my blanket when I am cold
With you, I/'/ll always have a hand to hold
You are my armor when I grow old
My knight, my fortress, my stronghold
You are the words on the page of my book
You can make me shiver with a single look
You are my anchor that holds me still
You are the person that drives my will
I/'/ll love you when the earth stops spinning
All the while I/'/ll be grinning
Because, I/'/ll have you by my side
From the beginning, till/'/ the end of time.
