cultivated shadows

Contributed by ming on Saturday, 25th February 2017 @ 11:57:20 AM in AEST
Topic: abstract

like a step
missing
still
held
breath
whispering heartbeats
recede forgotten
unlocking door
after door
a dream of the dead
like a sugarcube
in a rainstorm
yield the space
shifting star field
thrown there
a midnight carnival
sheen-like
as a passage
out.

I treasure all you write, Ming. Normally I can divine the inkling, if not outright meaning, behind the words. Not to distract from the quality or style of this poem, as this request is not detrimental in anyway, but I do not have a clue on this one. Any chance of a pm with a brief revealing of intent?

Thanks,

Invierno

yes, ming, this is pure ming
I was thinking just around the
corner of my eye might
rest the shadow of my mind
just always around another
corner this blockage of
light / the light I cannot yet see

Well done Sir Ming!

Peace!
