My head is spinning also! There is something for everyone in your poem. I especially like the reference to Alice in Wonderland--that is my connection of choice.

maybe he, Aliester Crowley
is the savant of the mystical avant-garde
to you
like Charlie Bukowski is the realist
in me / or just the other way
however the words might
hunt for poem
locked into conscious constraints;
the eddy the swirl of stars
of smoke in wind
the imaginative mind
that twists like a heavy locket
swings from a string
like the gold that dangles
from the candle on a cake
to blow
this is one of my favorite poems /
whore bride - whore of revelation
I also like the word curiouser
just as SW mentioned.
it must of took a lot of thought
to fall from the sky
Peace! |
