Lighter, lilting lifting song,
Wings beating two by two by two along,
Do cherish feathered rest on
Life/'/s lofty current, oh! gift,
Tweet, tweet, sing, float, ring
melody fleeting on your ears so close
Stirrup, anvil hammer blind,
Yet us fortunate few,
drawn in smiling,
winnowing chaff for your wheat;
Oh, fleeting, doubting heart with heaven/'/s view,
I entreat, dear sojouner of mine,
Ever keep such beauty true;
Swim in brilliance all around,
In, surrounding
Irisblue.
