Dreams Are Our Reality

Contributed by waynster on Friday, 31st March 2017 @ 04:44:49 PM in AEST
Topic: oops

What if our shadows were real
and we were just a vision of its mind
It sounds a bit bizarre
I think you all will find

What if this life
is just an image in someones dream
Where everything we do
is not as it may seem

What if when I sleep
my dreams are a reality thats real
Then when I am awake
there is no reality to grasp or feel

A misguided illusion
like, is the earth flat or round
When we are awake we can hear
but when we dream, we dont hear a sound

Have I lost you yet
with such confusing or ironic words I write
When you say good morning
do you really mean good night

Imagine your dreams as reality
and your daily life not real at all
When do we finally wake up
is it when we get our final call

Life after death
there is life on the other side
Its when we wake up from this dream
our shadows become reality and our bodies made to hide

Either buried or burnt
the dream finally over as we awake
Its time to move on
from this life that has always been fake
