Will there
ever be
a day
when some people
who are awake
collect
photos of the dying
and the dead
the shocked faces
of fear and dread
where they change
two little things
their hair
and their skin
then walk
the digital road
to all the Weston homes
asking politely
do they not
feel like your own
when you look
at your child
who innocently smiles
with no idea
of the suffering
yet to come
