All the times you/'/ve watched me leave
Felt the pain, and seen me breathe;
A little unsteady, and shakily
I hope you saw the light leave me
Everytime I/'/ve closed my eyes
Tried my hardest to say goodbye
I could hear your silent cry
"Please dont go, this is not goodbye."
Your voice cracked a little too loud
The silence after, made my heart pound
I was too worried to make a sound
So i left, and let myself drown.
I went for a walk in the moonlight
I felt your presence in my sight
You walked towards me, held my hands so tight
Said, "Can/'/t you see, i love you with all my might."
After all the things you said to me
I just couldn/'/t see
That you truely loved me...
Honestly.
It all felt like one big lie
That you keep telling yourself most of the time
Truth is, you were never mine
Loving you, was, is my biggest crime.

powerful and not at all without remorse
Is this life like this, in all the
Shadow. And pieces there
holding theirs; there
I say this is powerful,but words
come up short, is what this poetry
says
And that is almost the opposite
Yet, it is not.
The greatest stir of truth in this world
captures the heart and soul, deep
with nuance and love
and it gets one thinking about life
I like this Firestarter!
