Sitting at my post pretty close to defeat approached by my man metal cleats on concrete
I looked at my watch it said 635 gray hairs on my chin feeling barely alive
He said "what you got?" me, I had nothing he took off his hat and he told me something
As days go on and many willow in sorrow change how you think we/'/ve never seen tomorrow
he raised his arms and unclenched his fists I looked at them he said "look at this!"
palms and fingers all within these greatness still wrapped infinite possibilities
go where you/'/ve never gone do what/'/s never been done two palms, ten fingers be a man, my son
The clock 646 one more off the tee we/'/ve never seen tomorrow turn dreams to reality
