You have half of the battle won. You know that you sabotage your good fortunes. So simply stop and move on. I suspect if this is true to your life you struggle with change and moving on. I did most of my life. Today I can/'/t move on quickly enough. Time stops for no one. Get living and forget the baggage.

What you do for a living is not who you are.
They are not interchangeable
We will have many roles in our life, many jobs, many homes, many adjustments to make.. but one constant remains, and that is the person we are.
From what I read, you are interesting, restless, easily bored, and crave change. You are hardly without resources, and 10 years from now, how important will today seem to you? Take your integrity where it is valued. Better to drink beer from crystal than champagne from a gutter.
