/ //// / on the memory reel, playing out in my head moments of happiness defined: be kind, rewind
images of beauty, so fine songs from a distant time a maestros dab hand, where nothing seems planned
Edens grove, for a time, laughter heady as wine sweet recollections entwined: be kind, rewind.

how clever that line is in the context of this poem "be kind. rewind."
Love it!

why, stop and look
as you replay that memory
And who was in it, what did
they maybe say, that stuck
that was good
were you too young
were the people all around
then too old
just think, is there something
that ever existed that felt
so real
wind the wind up
make the wind chime sound
relics hung by strings to catch their
distant distinct
flow
till they come back around
to find only a ghost town
you know the old hay ride
where they swaddled up all
the young kids up upon the wagon
the teenagers some of them
fell in love with the others
in close proximity
And love the old man
driving the horses
with his old wife by his side
what the heck did they have
Peace!

The picture you have chosen sets the tone, but it pales to your writing.
You have inadvertently described the flow of your own style within the poem itself: a maestro/'/s dab hand, where nothing seems planned.
You say rewind...I say re-read!
