Are you where you once thought youd be?
Or has life been a mystery?
A highway with no exit ramp?
A wandering road from camp to camp?

An uphill climb to lofty ridges;
Tangled paths of wooden bridges?
Run with no one else in sight;
Or tracking others distant lights?

If we believe what many say;
Wed all go back to change the way;
We came to where we stand today.

With due respect to travel plans;
Embrace the journey while you can.
So few will be where they intend;
Before this road comes to its end.

So very true, there was never any A-Z,
no infinite, exquisitely so planned by
intelligent folk, only storied truths,
storied by life gone by.
Hey I was there... my brother saw Robert Kennedy at age eighteen at a rally just before going off to Vietnam.
I did not plan to meet my wife who came to the U.S. from Vietnam in 1975 after she had graduated at the top of her class from UCSD, I just thought she was cute at the time.

My bro, he got me a job working in research, stole me away from the fence company, thought I needed
some direction, I guess.

You guess you want to be someone. You might not be willing to put in the effort it takes to realize a dream.

You wish you could illustrate with a fresco
like Diego

Once there was this brother in-law that I had, I loved him like a father, he was fun and smart, and one
time we were on a vacation in Northern MI, near a beautiful waterfall and my sister slipped on the rocks,
He understood jumping after her would be extremely dangerous, and quite likely futile
He waited, then he ran his butt off grabbing her
a few hundred feet downstream
She was completely unharmed by the experience
You S just made me think of that.

Peace!

Gorgeous. We are on the same wavelength, to be sure! lease read "The Easy Way".

You do it every time, and so prolific. Soft, my friend, you are a treasure to me. There is a strange adoration I feel, based on your poetry. To feel for you, I suppose, is how I feel about Byron or Wilde, but Byron so much so. So! I have I.D,/'/ed the way I feel about you.
