Lifepoems

This twisted road that curves and winds; We travel blind, but still we climb.
We pay with joys left far behind; Friendship, love, and ties that bind.
Lifetime treasures given way; To climb that road another day.
In hope one day were satisfied; To pitch a tent beneath the sky; And watch as others pass us by.

I timbered off thoughtless thought
like fallen tree floated down filling
the stream lost
and then read your poem just now
like a duty like a foolish one
but no matter
I wonder aloud
You have it very right here
my friend softerware / Jaye
thank you!
Peace! |

you have a way with words my friend and yet again they speak truth in volumes. Just as each of us are individuals the price we each pay to travel this road we call life is different and change every day with rise and setting of the sun. Another great piece. :))
