No one gets promoted if they cant be replaced;
Teach someone everything you know.
(At worst, youll have a friend for life.)

not so sure
I once wanted to be promoted
dreamed I would someday
then I was / but it were not what
I was about / I was never about
any of that nor could I ever be.
always still I am a rebel
I just want to work if they will
give me a job I will give it my best
and so I will equate that
with the rest of my life
I just want to like what I do.
