Phoenix-Down Prisms

Contributed by xHeathenx on Monday, 31st July 2017 @ 04:37:51 AM in AEST
Topic: abstract

//I feel strangely rebuilt- reborn
As if though my heart leapt from my chest
Scattered into shards of crimson fast
And always, insidious was my death;
Always here, lurking ever near
Yet you saved my life, in some fantastic sense
You pulled me out of dark disparaged waters
Plucked me, with your motley hues of plume
I clung to you, as we soared high above
One great ball of fire, roaring unto distant lands
May we strike envy, for that indicates success
Bodily forms, crumbling ash and dust
Scarlet glass reunion, soldered bold and bright
New body growing, sprouting from the sheen
We are as but our own appearances
Elegant inhuman mysteries estranged by time
Brilliant forming shape, breaking, bonding once again
Tragically chaotic, yet profoundly ordered
With every collapse a new routine
An eager mind, sapling-soul, anxious heart;
Impatiently awaiting, every ending- every start/

Great piece.
my favorite live has to be: "Elegant inhuman mysteries estranged by time"
I think you gave a pretty close description of marriage with all it/'/s ups and downs..Once again great job.
