Im hiding from the world today
Door locked, turned off the phone
I dont want to hear from anyone
Just want to be alone
Ill close my eyes and drift away
Be somewhere far from here
Where people are safe and happy
With nothing at all to fear
Ill float among the stars
Feel there light upon my face
With nothing but the silence
And endless open space
Ill swim beneath the ocean
And splash among the waves
Be lost for just a little while
With no pain here to face
