Real Hip Hop
It has a purpose It has meaning It is a cultural feeling From the streets to the masses Educating all classes
I was born when it all began From these humble beginnings I have studied Lately rappers muddied our pure waters and teachings Young bucks open your ears Take it further for the art form that it has become
Today it is all about the money and fame Real Hip Hop is the bebop body rocking sure shot that changed the world for a minority Not the dollar bill blah blah But you still need a Kangol and chain You are destroying the founders legacy Rap is 44 years young Keep it real Keep it strong

it is, as they say, they don/'/t say,
since it is magic laced in verse
quick, economical in stature,
deep deeds, surrounded by
boom, by beggar, by plight
possibly in the heat of day
wishing to be far far away,
needing to, not knowing how
Hendrix served in the Armed forces,
played guitar, carried it, all this,
that was in his own mind, never
letting go,
you got to relate, as they say
in the mondo of hip hop
you are correct sir!!
banjo dude
Peace!
