A poem with a smirk at the end!
Soap operas serve the purpose of letting us identify with someone better (our worse) than ourselves.
It is an escape of the best kind. Temporary and releasing.
It gets us out of ourselves, and by comparison, we feel we are better off!
Whatever they are paying those writers, it isnt enough! |
