Children lose their make believe We know not where or when; Whose eyes perceive life undeceived; And cant go back again.
Weve crossed a line thats undefined The portal locks behind us: Remanded to the world unkind; Whose thunder soon will find us.
So long ago an embryo; Begat an empty shell; Left to grow as best we know; Too soon to do it well.

The way some people act, I/'/d say never!
The last stanza is a bit sad but very true!
I dislike childish adults but I admire adults that harbor childhood dreams. |

Well there/'/s a punch to the emotional belly!
Though I think a failure to become such a shell is likely when we embrace our creative tendencies and sides. Lucky us poets and artists alike eh?
If you would be so kind, check out this video here, because it carries a ring of the bell that you/'/re sounding here, and hopefully you appreciate it.
