came into this world with my back turned to it tried to send me on but I returned to it tucked me into a cold bed and there I slept time passed on but my own company I kept
marked me like a target but I muddled through it never making a peep quietly digging deep
I guess I was a lot of work right from the start `cause I don`t remember seeing you depart just vacant eyes staring down an endless hall misanthropy steeped in chemical withdrawal
drowned me in apathy gasping for breath to breathe found myself anywhere their hollow words ensnared stitched my heart to my flesh just emptiness enmeshed made your lack of love real to have something to heal
came into this world with my deck stacked against feeling this /*****/ up is just a consequence of being this alone for all these years but you`ve always been so /*****/ cavalier truth is, I wish you`d just tell me you still care `cause no matter where I go, you`re everywhere and I`m sick and tired of carrying you around but I can`t escape all your noise in my background
