Wisdom!

Contributed by nightwolf on Wednesday, 13th December 2017 @ 11:37:00 AM in AEST
Topic: oops

Listen to wisdom...

...Whose wisdom?

Yours?... His?...

You see my problem laid bare
At my feet
And come offering wise counsel
And guidance
Your words come over me
Clearing away clouds of doubt
And confusion
Dots connect and everything
Seems so simple

Problem solved

If not for another
Who has his own wisdom
To share
And now its not so simple
Clouds come back
Bringing rain with them

Again I/'/m confused

Whose wisdom?

I choose one and find failure
And the other is there ready
To say that I should have listened
To his wisdom

The true wisdom

But how do I see true wisdom
If I don/'/t have the wisdom
To recognize it?

Delightful! We have all been in this situation!
You have reminded us that if we have to ask someone else what we should do, we probably already knew the answer!
But you have said it more cleverly than I, with the song of a poet!.

Well done. I deal with this on a daily basis.
Pulling your hair out tends to give you clarity.
But no wisdom.... lol

The paradox is well summarized in the last couple of lines
