Great for you..........
Life is too hard and complicated as is to introduce other bad habits into your life.
It would be nice if this place regained the readership it once had because we all need a kind word now and then. Congratulations!!!!!!!!!

My hat is off to you. A difficult task to overcome the
body/'/s cravings. The message you deliver so well is -- be careful what you teach yourself; your body remembers.

And fat is the new phat,
the new skinny.
I drove way way out of town
where all the skinny people live
I guess they were on some cooky
diet. Probably laced with cocaine.
No, if you can move move.
walk or if you can run.
But do not get all tied up in a knot
like a pretzel.
The tiny old German lady said
to me long ago,
only she would yell loudly
with this guttural Germanic accent
feisty she was, damn she was
probably four foot eight inches
in height, she scared the heck out
of me, I was frightened - ein verängstigtes kleines Baby
around gruselige alte Dame
but she was really nice.
Stay clean or she will come afta you.
