The TRUTH:

Contributed by richard_campbell on Saturday, 27th January 2018 @ 09:11:02 AM in AEST
Topic: Lifepoems

If you`re not willing to respect the TRUTH,
Love the TRUTH,
live with the truth
Acknowledge the TRUTH,
Abide/obey the TRUTH,
You`re still eating baby food.

You raise the question: What is truth?
It is different to all of us; as widely interpreted as there are individuals to define it.
Discovering and embracing reality is the process of growing up, as you allude to in your reference to baby food.
Although we gather with others who share our beliefs, it is our differences that make us human.
So truth both unites and separates us.
I agree that the world would be much less complicated if truth were universal.
But since that can never be, we must measure maturity by our ability to allow for the truths of others.
Well said Richard!

I would hope that there is a lot of care
that goes into making baby food.
You should use all the best whole
and most nutritious foods to produce a product that
first, the baby will eat, and second
will hopefully help them develop a good
palette, and third, it has to
be very disgusting, so the
parent when they pretend to
eat it and make Yummy sounds
to entice the baby to eat, will
teach the parents about
truth, in its most pureed
form. The truth can
be a mess sometimes,
It is true they learn,
if they did not already
know.
Peace!

Nuff said. Willingness to accept truth is vital

Dear Richard

Yes truth! I agree with Soft. Truth is different to all. That said no matter what your truth is. We can/'/t live without it. Truth Integrity Respect are family they never move alone. Yes this world would be a better place if truth was upheld. For I would take a lie to my grave as truth if it were presented to me as truth, but the one who presented me with the lie as truth will take it to his grave as a lie.

Well said in your poem and well done for having the gumption to say it.

God bless

Greetings
Rus
