Heard of a Man

Contributed by Crow on Tuesday, 30th January 2018 @ 05:07:04 PM in AEST
Topic: SongLyrics

I really don`t do gospel music, but friends asked me to try
my stab at gospel"

you can hear it here...
https://youtu.be/B3Mjb7aeeiE

Heard of a man

heard of a man
head bent and bleeding
heard of a man..
seen all there is ever going to be.
heard of a man
forgive all others
I have heard of a man
that could set you free.

He said ..I don`t have very much time
brothers watch for me.
I don`t have very much time
my Father is calling me.

heard of a man
changed up the water
heard of a man
that could walk on the sea.
I have heard of a man
says you have to believe.
heard of a man..and He has heard of me.

He said ..I don`t have very much time
brothers watch for me.
I do not have much time
my Father is calling me.

..I don`t have very much time
brothers watch for me.
I do not have very much time
they are going to crucify me.

heard of a man....

Wow. Well done. The essence of poetry is musical. So many beats per bar. Makes it more difficult to write but so much smoother to read!
You have a nice style with this piece for a first time effort on the topic. Thank you for sharing it.
