Forgetfulness
It happens to us all
Some more than others
Plans, things, even dreams
The mind is a complexed beast
Forgetting simple stuff
Not remembering codes, numbers, promises
Not remembering names is common
But the shame can be worse
Feeling like a fool
Like you are inadequate
Do not let your forgetfulness get you down
You/'/ll forget more than you remember, it is life
You will forget this poem in..................... see
