Men are linear, goal-defined; Women see things side to side.
He goes to buy; She goes to shop. He is quick; she is not.
He is swifter to the goal; She walks along the edges; He has no need to see the whole; She must test all the ledges.
He takes the shortest road to end; She wanders every shadowed bend.
He speeds her up; she slows him down; Back and forth until theyve found;
An ending somewhere in between; That absent one was unforeseen.

I love this one, Jaye!! Your rhyme schemes are as sharp as ever and I see you still have an incredible knack for delighting the reader with your often observational work.
Well done.

Well written. Men and women are suppose to be different, there in lies the attraction and the learning.
It/'/s the difference that is intriguing. |
