Women
The world is formed full of them,
From Iceland to Eden;
How much pleasure they do give men,
From heaven to sin.
Within their heart lies a lesson,
In their eyes, a weapon.
They are a sanctified obsession,
A candid climate of expression.
A sweeter song will not be heard again;
What would we do without them,
These elusive creatures, vaguely known to men.

What a wonderful poem. I have a love hate relationship with them myself.... lol
So many great lines.... wow!
Today I appreciate them from afar.....
I admire the beauty but never look into their eyes. Never look into their eyes..... Never! :) |

as a man, I can say that I am always
thinking this.
It/'/s a constant consternation I have
within my own self, one of which I
deeply regret, being raised by a
single mom, and four sisters.
Glad to be a man, but why
Peace! |
