Surrounded are we by all weve amassed; Totems of memories present and past; Each wall and corner a story could share; Photos of faces no longer there. Trinkets and badges, enshrined history; Treasures of moments only for me. When I am gone, pray grant me a space; on the shelf of your heart, that I not be erased.
