When my when becomes never, I will remember this poem! What a clever start to a quick little snippet of a poem that vanishes long before we wish it to!
By the way, we are all smiling back as we read your message. Well done.

I/'/ve always thought that nobody would remember me when I/'/m gone.
However, we all leave footprints in someone/'/s mind, whether we realise or not.
Nice work

I have always found humanity/'/s need to leave a legacy amusing. Time is the enemy of memory, all we will all inevitably be forgotten eventually. Yet we strive to lengthen our influence on this world. Such a noble struggle, and yet, so pointless in essence. It is in my eyes, the worlds bigsgest irony. Your poem made me think. Thanks. :) |
