Know that it is He who has made us And not we ourselves I am reminded of this as we speak Humbled and grateful I am at the sound of it
For too long I have carried burdens Ones that were never fashioned for mortal arms But You gently told me to let them fall Trusting that You would pick them up Dismantling them in a way only You could do
And so I finally take my rest Allowing You to recreate my weary soul Such freedom and relief I find in Your all-encompassing arms The kind that the world promises but merely in vain
If only all could experience this love The kind that originates in You and transcends to Your beloved After all once we receive Your care and intervention We too can spread the same and revive the hurting, broken lives of many

A salient call to help others and relieve the burdens they carry. To be an emissary of God.
Predicated on the promise of being recreated, from the authors personal experience.
A thought provoking entreaty that leaves us much to consider.
