Blood on the ground
Blood on the wall
With the last drop of blood
She began to fall
Slice and dice cut and rip
Under the blade
She felt her veins split
Losing consciousness
The crimson pool grew bigger
Her vision fading
Would her parents forgive her?
3 days later
Her body was found
Clothes caked in blood
Blades all around.
The funeral was slow
The day dragged on
Everyone around
Tried to stay strong.
Rain fell
It matted their hair
Despair and agony
Saturated the air.
Her casket was lowered
on that sorrowful day
No joyous laughter
Or children at play.
Her daddy brought her roses
Her favorite he knew
Keep flying my little angel
Well reach you soon
You will always be our angel
We forever love you
Her mother and father
let their precious angel go
Why she did this
Theyll never know.
One after the other
The people left
Praying to the heavens
She forever lay in rest.
She watched down from heaven
With god by her side
Saying she had no regrets
But crying inside.
This is what I wanted.
I have cut for so long
I couldnt live my life that way
I couldnt have gone on
She sat there in silence
with tears in her eyes.
Just now she started to realize
That cutting wasnt the answer
it never was and never will be
It was just a release
From a life that was to unhappy
