I made a wish for a perfect man
one who knew we inside and out
I wished to be a perfect woman
who could do no wrong
I wished to have the perfect love
where no one would get hurt
I got hurt by several men
I decided to give up
I found the faults inside me
and I learned to live with them
I stopped looking for love
and it found me
because of him
I am happy

This is such a great poem keep it going i would love to read more of your poem's if you have more i know this feeling to well i gave up looking for love and it found me after being hurt so many time.
