[hometext] => my GiFT and my eternal CuRse
[bodytext] => I hate knowing the future
I hate knowing about the past
I hate knowing how present events will eventually turn out or not
or How relevant events will end and/or come to past.
Why does anything of importance never seem to workout the way
we envision it and/or them to be OR would like for it and/or them to be or not to be?
I know not the answer of this subtle riddle and yet I/'/ve always known and sometimes forget
A soapy waterfall memory bath sinking beneath a disappearing bright
reddish yellow bridge skyline of unspoken thoughts and ending love are all my burdens to bear
Lost thoughts and small barking dogs lay hidden beneath an outspoken
silence and such a dreadful sneering sneezing old dog cough are all that is left now within an empty void
Dreaming alone once more I begin to inhale a freedom and self worth residing within that I had forgotten existed.
Dreaming tomorrow and again tonight once more.. Waking dreams of self discovery
and an unwavering doubt pierce my inner soul again while exhaling outward for the first and
last time this day memories of past loves and tormented shames.
Twilight approaches within a daily dreams of loneliness as I contemplate my existence within a world in which I never belong.
I am reminded even now as the Sun dips beneath the golden orange blue skies that I am
alone at least for now within many more future and yesterday songs of an unwelcome glimmer-glass of me.

Your poem describes a wonderful stage of life where we are the center of our own universe and we truly believe that the world revolves around us.
It has been a long time since I read a poem so dedicated to self serving discovery, and it took me back to my formative teen years! You have captured the essence of ego centricity here. How well you have managed to step back into your youth!
Thank you for sharing!
