I lie in bed.
I want to die.
Teardrops falling from my eyes.
There's no escape.
There is no end.
No where to go
but round the bend.
I sit in bed
Still want to die
Wipe the teardrops from my eyes
It's time to go
Put on a face
Take my body
from this place
I'm scared to live
I'm scared to die
No teardrops falling from my eyes
They fall within
A continuous stream
No one knows
How I've been
Lying in bed
Wanting to die
No teardrops to wipe from my eyes
No outward signs
Of inner shame
I need consoling all the same.

yeah, i know where you're coming from too - good poem.
really liked the lines:
I'm scared to live

No teardrops falling from my eyes
They fall within
