spirit of the burned

Contributed by LIVINGLIFE on Tuesday, 10th June 2003 @ 08:05:00 PM in AEST
Topic: DarkPoetry

the fear of a finger slicing through the skin of a person is a haunting thought or feeling

a face laughing at you taunting you letting you know you can't stop him even if you tried

others tell you your crazy and they don't understand your fear is all you have

he is making you choose life or death or maybe even both in some odd way

but when you wake up all you have to look to is sleeping then waking up again

when you wake up it is all over or so you thought

then you feel a icy cold blade slice your face then you know you are gone in his world

these are my dreams i can not tell about them all

but when they happen my heart feels like its about to fall

i wake up in a cold sweat gasping for air reaching for the sky

somedays i get away some i don't but he hurts me reguardless

i knows its just a dream but sometimes there even fun

i know one day they will be all done and i will be one from above where he can't hurt me
