Blind to the visions my eyes have never seen....
standing at the edge
of a foreign tomorrow
thick with clouds
of cold regret
for a future
that began
at yesterday's end
the birth of memories
that blister the soul
with a bitter knowledge
of nothingness.
Deaf to the sounds my ears have never heard....
the empty prayers
to dead deities
that never roamed
hollow beings
of silent rage
dripping grey
with poisoned faith
and the demented hunger
of infected minds
bowing to shadows
of nothingness.
